Refund Policy

This Refund Policy ("Policy") governs the refund process for services purchased through Handy sQuad Facility Management Pvt. Ltd. ("Handy sQuad", "we", "us", or "our") website and mobile application. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.

This Policy is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access or usage of www.handysquad.in website.

1. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refunds may be processed under the following circumstances:

  • Service cancellation requested within 24 hours of booking and before service commencement
  • Service provider fails to arrive or complete the service as scheduled
  • Service quality does not meet the standards promised at the time of booking
  • Duplicate payment or technical error resulting in multiple charges
  • Service cancelled by Handy sQuad due to unforeseen circumstances

2. REFUND PROCESS

To request a refund, customers must contact our customer support team through the following channels:

All refund requests must include the booking reference number, reason for refund, and supporting documentation if applicable. Refund requests will be reviewed within 2-3 business days, and approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

3. REFUND METHODS

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refund will be credited to the same card within 7-10 business days
  • UPI: Refund will be processed to the same UPI ID within 3-5 business days
  • Net Banking: Refund will be transferred to the same bank account within 5-7 business days
  • Wallet: Refund will be credited to the same wallet within 24-48 hours

4. PARTIAL REFUNDS

In cases where the service has been partially completed or where cancellation occurs after service commencement, a partial refund may be processed. The refund amount will be calculated based on:

  • Percentage of service completed
  • Materials or resources already utilized
  • Time elapsed since booking
  • Any applicable cancellation charges as per our terms

5. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services completed as per the agreed terms and conditions
  • Cancellation requests made after service completion or after 24 hours of service commencement
  • Additional services or add-ons purchased separately
  • Any charges incurred due to customer's failure to provide access or required information
  • Promotional discounts or offers applied to bookings

6. CANCELLATION CHARGES

Cancellation charges may apply based on the timing of cancellation:

  • Cancellation 24+ hours before service: Full refund (100%)
  • Cancellation 12-24 hours before service: 80% refund
  • Cancellation 6-12 hours before service: 50% refund
  • Cancellation less than 6 hours before service: No refund

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of disputes regarding refunds, customers can escalate the matter to our customer support team. We will investigate all claims thoroughly and aim to resolve disputes within 15 business days. If a resolution cannot be reached, customers may contact the relevant consumer forum or dispute resolution authority as per applicable laws.

8. POLICY UPDATES

Handy sQuad reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after policy changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage customers to review this Policy periodically.
