Welcome to Handy Squad. By accessing our website or booking any service with us, you agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Services Overview

Handy Squad provides home and commercial services including cleaning, maintenance, repairs, installation, and related support services. Services are carried out by our in-house or verified professionals.

2. Booking & Service Confirmation

  • Service bookings can be made through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or official platforms.
  • A booking is confirmed only after approval by Handy Squad.
  • Service timings are approximate and may change due to site conditions, traffic, weather, or prior job delays.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices depend on service type, work scope, location, and duration.
  • Final charges may change if additional work is requested or site conditions differ.
  • Payments can be made via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or online payment gateways.
  • Advance payments are non-refundable once service has started.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Late cancellations may attract a cancellation fee.
  • Handy Squad reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to unavoidable circumstances.

5. Scope of Work

  • Only services agreed upon at the time of booking will be provided.
  • Any additional requests will be billed separately.
  • We are not responsible for issues caused by pre-existing damage or poor infrastructure.

6. Materials & Spare Parts

  • Materials supplied by Handy Squad will be charged separately unless mentioned.
  • Manufacturer warranty applies to supplied materials.
  • No warranty is provided for customer-supplied materials.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure:

  • Safe and clear access to the service location
  • Availability of water, electricity, and basic facilities
  • Pets are secured during service
  • Accurate service details are provided during booking

8. Extended or Multi-Day Services

Some services, especially cleaning or repair work, may extend beyond one day depending on site conditions. Such extensions are considered part of the same service unless otherwise agreed.

9. Damage & Liability

  • Handy Squad takes reasonable care while delivering services.
  • Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
  • Liability is limited to the service value and excludes indirect or consequential losses.

10. Service Warranty

  • Service warranties, if applicable, will be communicated clearly.
  • Warranty becomes void if the service is altered by third parties, misused, or not maintained properly.

11. Safety & Conduct

  • Our professionals follow standard safety and hygiene practices.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or stop service in unsafe environments or cases of abusive behavior.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and branding on this website are the property of Handy Squad and may not be used without written permission.

13. Privacy

Customer information is handled as per our Privacy Policy and is used only for service-related purposes or legal requirements.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Trivandrum, Kerala.
