I had an excellent service from Handy squad yesterday. I reserved for their deep clean home service and I asked if they can do it on Aug 15 as it is a holiday for myself, my spouse and child. From the first conversation I felt the professional approach. They sent a guy for inspection and then gave a quote based on my requirement. They made a reminder call on the day before the service booked date and conveyed me when the team will arrive and all. On Aug 15 morning I got call from Anas and his team that they started and will reach my place soon. I was impressed how they took care of my house hold items, electronics, furniture and valuables. I had a very miserable experience with Handy squad. When other companies charge 5.5K for deep cleaning of a 2 bhk with 1190 sqft. Handy squad had given a quote of Rs. 8K for the deep cleaning Once opted for painting, for the process they had two people to come and check the apartment and one person wasted our time by making us wait for one whole day, as they kept on changing the time that they would visit. Also, just the day before the work was about to start they started raising their already quoted price. Very irresponsible, not at all trustworthy totally unprofessional.

I had a very miserable experience with Handy squad. When other companies charge 5.5K for deep cleaning of a 2 bhk with 1190 sqft. Handy squad had given a quote of Rs. 8K for the deep cleaning Once opted for painting, for the process they had two people to come and check the apartment and one person wasted our time by making us wait for one whole day, as they kept on changing the time that they would visit. Also, just the day before the work was about to start they started raising their already quoted price. Very irresponsible, not at all trustworthy totally unprofessional.

29/May update: availed plumbing service from Handy Squad team. Technician came late due to rain, which is understandable, but then charged me extra and collected the labor charge before the work was done along with materials charge. I had a 500 rs coupon that was to be redeemed and the customer service team is stalling all asks saying all kinds of excuses. On 27/May they said refund will be made to my account and today they are saying it is still under process as invoice was generated. No clear ownership from Ops managers. Pls improve customer service. Reducing rating to 2/5. 14/May: Utilized the AC maintenance pressure wash service from Handy Squad. Very professional way of servicing and highly satisfied with the results.

Recently I had contacted Handy Squad for normal/deep cleaning Services for my 2 year old apartment for which I needed deep cleaning because of non occupancy.The site was hardly 5 minutes from their Office. Even after repeated enquiries and discussion they were reluctant to properly address my issues and finally the rate given was much higher than many other peer agencies offered me. I have never experienced such an irresponsible response from a service providing agency. I wouldn't recommend their service to anyone who are out of station and need to co ordinate Services with them.

From the first conversation I felt the professional approach. They sent a guy for inspection and then gave a quote based on my requirement. I had a very miserable experience with Handy squad. When other companies charge 5.5K for deep cleaning of a 2 bhk with 1190 sqft. Handy squad had given a quote of Rs. 8K for the deep cleaning Once opted for painting, for the process they had two people to come and check the apartment and one person wasted our time by making us wait for one whole day, as they kept on changing the time that they would visit. Also, just the day before the work was about to start they started raising their already quoted price. Very irresponsible, not at all trustworthy totally unprofessional.

Technician came late due to rain, which is understandable, but then charged me extra and collected the labor charge before the work was done along with materials charge. I had a 500 rs coupon that was to be redeemed and the customer service team is stalling all asks saying all kinds of excuses. On 27/May they said refund will be made to my account and today they are saying it is still under process as invoice was generated. No clear ownership from Ops managers. Pls improve customer service. Reducing rating to 2/5. 14/May: Utilized the AC maintenance pressure wash service from Handy Squad. Very professional way of servicing and highly satisfied with the results.

Recently I had contacted Handy Squad for normal/deep cleaning Services for my 2 year old apartment for which I needed deep cleaning because of non occupancy.The site was hardly 5 minutes from their Office. Even after repeated enquiries and discussion they were reluctant to properly address my issues and finally the rate given was much higher than many other peer agencies offered me. I have never experienced such an irresponsible response from a service providing agency. I wouldn't recommend their service to anyone who are out of station and need to co ordinate Services with them.

I had a very miserable experience with Handy squad. When other companies charge 5.5K for deep cleaning of a 2 bhk with 1190 sqft. Handy squad had given a quote of Rs. 8K for the deep cleaning Once opted for painting, for the process they had two people to come and check the apartment and one person wasted our time by making us wait for one whole day, as they kept on changing the time that they would visit. Also, just the day before the work was about to start they started raising their already quoted price. Very irresponsible, not at all trustworthy totally unprofessional.

Technician came late due to rain, which is understandable, but then charged me extra and collected the labor charge before the work was done along with materials charge. I had a 500 rs coupon that was to be redeemed and the customer service team is stalling all asks saying all kinds of excuses. On 27/May they said refund will be made to my account and today they are saying it is still under process as invoice was generated. No clear ownership from Ops managers. Pls improve customer service. Reducing rating to 2/5. 14/May: Utilized the AC maintenance pressure wash service from Handy Squad. Very professional way of servicing and highly satisfied with the results.

Recently I had contacted Handy Squad for normal/deep cleaning Services for my 2 year old apartment for which I needed deep cleaning because of non occupancy.The site was hardly 5 minutes from their Office. Even after repeated enquiries and discussion they were reluctant to properly address my issues and finally the rate given was much higher than many other peer agencies offered me. I had a very miserable experience with Handy squad. When other companies charge 5.5K for deep cleaning of a 2 bhk with 1190 sqft. Handy squad had given a quote of Rs. 8K for the deep cleaning Once opted for painting, for the process they had two people to come and check the apartment and one person wasted our time by making us wait for one whole day, as they kept on changing the time that they would visit. Also, just the day before the work was about to start they started raising their already quoted price. Very irresponsible, not at all trustworthy totally unprofessional.

Technician came late due to rain, which is understandable, but then charged me extra and collected the labor charge before the work was done along with materials charge. I had a 500 rs coupon that was to be redeemed and the customer service team is stalling all asks saying all kinds of excuses. On 27/May they said refund will be made to my account and today they are saying it is still under process as invoice was generated. No clear ownership from Ops managers. Pls improve customer service. Reducing rating to 2/5. 14/May: Utilized the AC maintenance pressure wash service from Handy Squad. Very professional way of servicing and highly satisfied with the results.

Recently I had contacted Handy Squad for normal/deep cleaning Services for my 2 year old apartment for which I needed deep cleaning because of non occupancy.The site was hardly 5 minutes from their Office. Even after repeated enquiries and discussion they were reluctant to properly address my issues and finally the rate given was much higher than many other peer agencies offered me. I have never experienced such an irresponsible response from a service providing agency. I had a very miserable experience with Handy squad. When other companies charge 5.5K for deep cleaning of a 2 bhk with 1190 sqft. Handy squad had given a quote of Rs. 8K for the deep cleaning Once opted for painting, for the process they had two people to come and check the apartment and one person wasted our time by making us wait for one whole day, as they kept on changing the time that they would visit. Also, just the day before the work was about to start they started raising their already quoted price. Very irresponsible, not at all trustworthy totally unprofessional.

On 27/May they said refund will be made to my account and today they are saying it is still under process as invoice was generated. No clear ownership from Ops managers. Pls improve customer service. I had a very miserable experience with Handy squad. When other companies charge 5.5K for deep cleaning of a 2 bhk with 1190 sqft. Handy squad had given a quote of Rs. 8K for the deep cleaning Once opted for painting, for the process they had two people to come and check the apartment and one person wasted our time by making us wait for one whole day, as they kept on changing the time that they would visit. Also, just the day before the work was about to start they started raising their already quoted price. Very irresponsible, not at all trustworthy totally unprofessional.

From the first conversation I felt the professional approach. They sent a guy for inspection and then gave a quote based on my requirement. I had a very miserable experience with Handy squad. When other companies charge 5.5K for deep cleaning of a 2 bhk with 1190 sqft. Handy squad had given a quote of Rs. 8K for the deep cleaning Once opted for painting, for the process they had two people to come and check the apartment and one person wasted our time by making us wait for one whole day, as they kept on changing the time that they would visit. Also, just the day before the work was about to start they started raising their already quoted price. Very irresponsible, not at all trustworthy totally unprofessional.

Technician came late due to rain, which is understandable, but then charged me extra and collected the labor charge before the work was done along with materials charge. I had a 500 rs coupon that was to be redeemed and the customer service team is stalling all asks saying all kinds of excuses. On 27/May they said refund will be made to my account and today they are saying it is still under process as invoice was generated. No clear ownership from Ops managers. Pls improve customer service. Reducing rating to 2/5. 14/May: Utilized the AC maintenance pressure wash service from Handy Squad. Very professional way of servicing and highly satisfied with the results.

Recently I had contacted Handy Squad for normal/deep cleaning Services for my 2 year old apartment for which I needed deep cleaning because of non occupancy.The site was hardly 5 minutes from their Office. Even after repeated enquiries and discussion they were reluctant to properly address my issues and finally the rate given was much higher than many other peer agencies offered me. I have never experienced such an irresponsible response from a service providing agency. I wouldn't recommend their service to anyone who are out of station and need to co ordinate Services with them.
